Oriana Evoy
(She/Her/Hers)
I’m Oriana (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist and CRPO-approved supervisor. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where supervisees can grow their confidence, deepen their clinical skills, and feel less alone in the work that they do.
I view supervision as both a professional and relational process. My goal is to offer a space where you can explore your clinical work openly, reflect on challenges, and build a stronger sense of your voice and identity as a therapist. I aim to foster an environment that feels grounded in trust, curiosity, and mutual respect, where feedback is thoughtful, and growth feels supported rather than pressured.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and rooted in anti-oppressive values. I draw from a range of modalities including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), supporting supervisees in developing integrative and attuned approaches to their work.
In my clinical practice, I focus on creating a warm and compassionate space where clients can explore emotions, navigate challenges, and build a more connected relationship with themselves. I care deeply about creating spaces that are inclusive, affirming, and respectful of diverse identities and lived experiences, and I bring that same intention into my supervision work.
